We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any government agency, embassy, or official department. I am aware that official forms (such as ESTA or Passport applications) can be filed directly through official government.
I hereby grant US Travel Gov permission to process the personal information provided in this form for the sole purpose of completing my application on my behalf. I certify that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that US Travel Gov acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the ultimate approval, denial, or processing times determined by government authorities.
I acknowledge that the total price charged includes both the official government processing fee and a separate service fee for the assistance, review, and submission provided by US Travel Gov.
US Travel Gov (the "Company") provides document preparation and submission assistance for passport and travel authorization forms. We act as an independent service provider and are not a government entity. Our service fee covers the use of our platform, data review, and submission assistance.
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information and meet the specific criteria outlined on the initial requirements page of our application form.
Ineligibility for Online Submission: If, based on the information provided, the client does not meet the requirements for an electronic/online submission (e.g., specific passport types or eligibility criteria), the Company will instead prepare the necessary documentation for a Mail-In Application.
Mail-In Transition: In such cases, we will provide the client with a completed digital or physical version of the form ready for them to print, sign, and mail to the appropriate government office.
In the event that a client is ineligible for online submission and must apply by mail:
Government Fees: The Company will issue a full refund for any government processing fees collected during the checkout process, as the client will be required to pay those fees directly to the government via check or money order during their mail-in process.
Service Fees: Our Service Fee remains non-refundable, as it covers the labor and technology used to review data and generate the completed application forms.
The Company is not liable for application rejections or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the client. We do not guarantee the approval of any application, as the final decision rests solely with the respective government authority.
By using this service, you consent to the collection and storage of sensitive personal data required for your application. We implement industry-standard security measures, but the client acknowledges that the transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks.
